Christmas wishes

My wishes for this Christmas are to buy a car and insurance for myself with the money i received on my 18th birthday. Also I wish I get an Ipod Touch because mine is pretty much broken. I also wish to spend at least some time with my girlfriend over Christmas break

Thanksgiving break

This Thanksgiving break I plan to go to both of my grandmas house and eat a lot of food at each house. I will also hangout with my girlfriend a lot over the week. Then I will probably just stay at a couple of my friends house. I might plan on buying some Christmas gifts as well over the break. Something I would really like to but probably wont happen is go hunting since I have never been.

Bucket List

There are several things I would like to do before I die. One of the things I would like to do would be to take a vacation somewhere in Europe preferrably New Amsterdam. Another thing I would like to do before I die would be to buy an RV and live in each state for a couple months. Another thing I would like to do is to go to BlizzCon because WoW is the greatest game ever made.

My Gaming Hero

If I were to be a gaming hero I would probably want to be a dwarf rogue. Rogues stealth so that no one can see them and then they break out of stealth then ambush and eviscerate and boom your dead. And of course of the best race to be would be a dwarf because they get to have huge orange beards and hair.

Transformation

If I were to be an animal I would probably be a tiger. I would probably be a tiger because they are the king of the jungle. Also instead of people having dogs to protect them why would they not want a tiger? I mean its a tiger, nobody messes with them. So why not be something that everyone is afraid of??

Game Progress

I have progressed a lot since I have started the Duck Hunt Math game. I have added many graphical changes. For instance I drew the ducks for each level and added numbers to each one. Also I have added each question that was made to each level. I have also drew the character to the game and added a gun. I expect to start coding after I add a few more perks to each level.

Imagining your game

Our game is designed for students who are having trouble with integers, however it could be useful to all. The game should teach students how to add and subtract integers correctly. The game setting is in the woods. It teaches the student about hunting ducks in the woods. It is a better way of understanding our topic because it could be more fun for students rather than doing normal boring quizzes.

Gaming in the future

An idea that i have been thinking about for a game this year is a game where you have to create your own houses. Afterward you will have to try and sell the house to people who are interested. I haven't fully thought out the game but that is the basic directions.

Our next project

For the Star Wars/Sci-fi project I plan to do a speeder bike. I chose this because it looks very interesting to create and I believe i could succeed at drawing it.

Airplane project

Overall i think that the airplane project went well. I'm really happy at how my Blackhawk helicopter turned out. When I first chose to do a Blackhawk I realized it was going to be hard to do, but I did it anyways. However, I didn't get to put very much detail into it.

Drafting Experiences

Some of the experiences I have had in this class are that I now know how to create houses in Auto Cad architecture. Also I have become much more skilled in creating things in Auto Cad because of the practice that I have done. I am looking forward to continuing my courses in Mechanical and Architectural classes next year. I believe i will learn much more in those classes next year.

Game Design Class experiences

In this class this year i have experienced how to code better and how important it is to stay on task and finish my assignments so that I can get the grade I want. I have also experienced how to code games a little bit better than i could before. I have also made more friends, which were some of the people that I have been grouped up with. I am also happy with the games I have finished this year, such as Bill's Journey and Food Frogger.

Final Game

After our long hard-working effort on our civics game we are finally finished. I think our game turned out very nicely and I am looking forward to seeing the reactions of the Marshall representatives whenever we present our game. I would say that even though there are many people competing in the competition we could do just as well as whoever wins it. I think we are worked hard on our game and deserve to win.

Summer plans

My plans for this summer are to hang out with my friends and hopefully to go on a few trips with them. I would like to go to some beach or theme park, preferably Cedar Point. Unfortunately, I may have to get a job so that I can have some money to put towards a car. Also I want to get my license if i don't already have them. I would say that this summer could be my best one yet if everything goes as planned.

Game Progression

Jesse, Josh, and I all have a civics game which is a platform based game that teaches people on how a bill becomes a law. So far in our game we have the title screen done and most of the levels are complete. As of right now I am working on completing the flags on each level to be an American flag rather than just a regular flag like we originally had.

Game progress

Our games progress so far is moving along fine. I have been working on the wikipedia site lately. I think our team page gets the point of our game out very well. I would like to continue working on the levels of our game. I think that if we made it a little more complicated and challenging then our game would be much much better. Mark and I both plan to work on getting the game closer to being finished.

If I were a God

If I were a god and I could recreate the world I would just make it to where everyone wasn't as judgmental as they are today. I would keep everything about that same except I would definitely change a couple laws and make certain things legal that aren't legal today. But It wouldn't be bad things that I would make legal just some things that are illegal today for no reason.

Superhero

If I were to choose to be any super hero and have any power I would be the Blob and have his power to absorb all damage. I mean if I can't be hurt how can i be defeated???? I would also have the power to crush anyone with my stomach at any time.

Spring Break

My Spring Break was extremely exciting. I stayed at my friends house and we had a party for one my friends since he was leaving for South Carolina. My Spring Break mostly consisted of just having a good time.

favroite athlete

My favorite athlete of all time would probably be Mark Brunell, which was a Quarterback who played for the Jaguars and the Redskins. When I was a little kid I always loved to watch the Jaguars, but then Mark Brunell went to the Redskins so I started liking them.

Goal

My hopes and goals to achieve on our game is to actually have our game completely done and have it working perfectly fine. Another goal i would like to achieve is to influence people to eat healthier.

other Game Design game

Another game I think is good is Team Oily Baconfat's game called "Going Green." I think that by the time they finish the game will actually be a good educational game for all ages. The only thing i suggest is for them to make the game a little bit more complicated

Progress on Game

My partner Mark and I are actually progressing really fast in our game. We have just a few things to work on and we hope to get the game finished soon. We just have to make a couple more levels for the game which shouldn't take much time. I have been updating the wiki lately and our site is looking a whole lot better than before.

Movie about my life

If there is a movie that closely relates to my life would be Fat Albert. The reason this movie relates to my life is because just as Fat Albert he has a group of friends that he always hang out with. Just like I do with my friends

SVHS

As an adult I would probably send my kid to Spring Valley high School because I like it and they actually do have some pretty decent teachers so overall I wouldn't mind my child coming to Spring Valley especially since I can actually do good here I'd say my child could probably do it too.

Game Progression

Mark and I have actually gotten a lot done. We are working on getting our character to be able to jump so that he can actually cross the river at the end. We are also working on making it to where there is more than one level.

Breakfast Food

My favorite breakfast food is definitely omelettes. I like them when they are filled with tons of cheese and of course bacon. I usually dont cook things but I love cooking omelettes. I usually don't eat breakfast but if i were to choose a food it would for sure be an omelette

Game progress

Our game is actually almost completed. We have got it to where the character moves across the entire map and lives can now be taken away. We are working on making the character jump on the logs that move across the screen. Also we have it to where you can get the kid at the end and get an extra life.

Olympic contest

My favorite olympic contest is a good one. It is pole vaulting. It is my favorite sport because i know that i could never do it and i think it would be interesting to try. I think it is absolutely amazing how people can lift their selves over the top of the bar. Also pole vaulting seems like a sport that would very challenging. One time I was actually the thing that pole vaulters land on because im so big and fluffy.

Future

If I could travel to the future and live there I would want pretty much everything ran by robots. One reason is because you would save time and things wouldn't be as complicated. For example, if our cars would drive themselves and we didn't have to. There probably wouldn't be as many accidents and you wouldn't have to handle anything.

Satyr

A funny story of mine, which actually happened just yesterday, was whenever I was going to set down Mark pulled the chair out from underneath me. I didn't realize he did it so I continued to set down and fell into the floor.

Comedy

The funniest thing that has ever happened to me was whenever I fell down a huge cliff at one of my friends house. I was walking along the fence line and then the next thing I remember was me at the bottom of the hill. It was a terrible experience but whenever I look back on it, it was actally pretty hilarious

Tragedy

The worst thing that i think has ever happened to me was whenever my grandma died. This was the worst thing because I was extremely close with my grandma. My grandma was my neighbor for my entire life and I would visit her everyday, so in my opinion that is the worst thing that hs ever happened to me.
